Inside the Terra Apartment, every detail has been designed to offer a comfortable and relaxing stay. The concealed air conditioning, underfloor heating, and motorized blinds ensure well-being in every season, without ever interfering with the harmonious atmosphere.

Both apartments have independent entrances but can be connected by a convenient corridor, ensuring privacy at all times.

The kitchens are fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a complete set of tableware, offering freedom and comfort even in the simplest tasks. For those who love to feel at home, wherever they are.

Rest is a ritual of tranquility and beauty. To best accompany it, we offer the option of choosing between the pure material of linen—fresh and natural—or the enveloping caress of satin, lustrous and silky to the touch. Each bed is carefully prepared, because sleep is an experience of well-being.

A private space, designed for those seeking silence, light, and respite. Our pool, an elegant 4 x 12-meter 3D body of water, opens onto spacious solariums and shaded corners beneath the centuries-old mulberry trees, discreet guardians of the garden. An intimate space, accessible only to Casa Fugiano guests, where time slows down and relaxation takes shape.

There’s also a convenient barbecue area with firewood from our forest, respecting nature, and drinking fountains.

Just a five-minute drive away, a small village shop offers local specialties prepared the way they once were: tortellini, lasagna, cannelloni, and handmade crespelle, ready to enjoy in the comfort of your apartment.

There’s no shortage of local cured meats, cheeses, fresh bread, and all the essentials for those who want to enjoy a simple lunch or dinner, immersed in the tranquility of Fugiano. Authentic flavors, just like home.
