The Casa Fugiano property extends over 9 hectares in the heart of the Marche region, within what was once Pope Leo XII’s hunting estate.
In the 18th century, the pontiff loved to retreat to this lush countryside to find peace, spirituality, and connection with nature. Today, that sense of peace still permeates the hills, private woodland paths, and open spaces surrounding the farmhouse.

To maintain a strong connection with this rich history, during the Country House renovation we retained the structure and materials dating back four or more centuries, carefully restoring them to preserve the atmosphere of times gone by. Likewise, the use of precious and modern materials gave the spaces a contemporary touch.
